编者按：2020年7月3-4日，2020 BOC/BOA会议顺利举行，会议内容主要包括各肿瘤领域最重磅研究进展、中国年度研究进展和2020版指南更新解读三个方面。在淋巴瘤治疗方面，免疫治疗带来了诸多进展，引领了未来淋巴瘤的治疗趋势。为了更为深入掌握淋巴瘤免疫治疗的相关进展，《肿瘤瞭望》特邀采访了中山大学附属肿瘤医院的李志铭教授，针对keynote-204，ZUMA-5及Alexander等重磅研究和免疫治疗的相关内容进行了深入分析，现整理如下，以供读者参考。

患者男性，22岁。2016年因鼻尖部肿痛、鼻塞，伴发热、消瘦，就诊于昆明某医院，行鼻部病理检查示“结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤”，予局部放疗（具体不详），疗效达完全缓解，未化疗。2019年5月再次出现鼻尖及鼻背部肿痛，进行性加重，并出现局部溃烂，伴发热、盗汗，就诊于我院。

编者按：近年来，嵌合抗原受体T细胞（CAR-T）治疗是血液肿瘤领域中炙手可热的研究方向。对于多发性骨髓瘤（MM），尤其是复发/难治MM（RRMM），BCMA-CART显示出极高的缓解率，为RRMM的治疗带来了新的选择。在2020年美国临床肿瘤学会（ASCO）年会上，美国丹娜法伯癌症研究院骨髓瘤中心知名专家Nikhil C. Munshi教授的一项研究（KarMMa研究，大会摘要号：8503）显示，BCMA-CART可有效治疗RRMM患者，且毒副作用可控。为了深入理解BCMA-CART在MM领域中的应用，《肿瘤瞭望》特邀联线了Munshi教授，请他针对该研究及BCMA-CART在MM治疗中的应用进行了全面解读。

编者按：近年来，儿童及青少年淋巴瘤的发病率持续居高不下，成为了严重威胁其生命健康的重要疾病。为了进一步规范我国儿童及青少年淋巴瘤的的诊疗规范，中国临床肿瘤学会（CSCO）在2020年6月发布了《第一版儿童及青少年淋巴瘤诊疗指南》，针对儿童及青少年淋巴瘤诊断及治疗中的诸多方面进行了指导，现《肿瘤瞭望》特邀采访了该指南的重要制定者、哈尔滨血液病肿瘤研究所所长马军教授，围绕我国儿童及青少年淋巴瘤治疗的现状及难点、存在的问题和研究进展进行了全面讲解。

编者按：相比于世界其他区域，东亚国家胃癌和胃食管交界腺癌患者HER-2高表达或扩增的比例更高，约为15-20%。化疗和曲妥珠单抗联合治疗是目前推荐的一线治疗方案，中位生存为13.8个月。紫杉醇联合雷莫芦单抗作为二线治疗方案，中位生存为9.6个月。但在后线治疗中，针对HER-2阳性的胃癌和胃食管交界腺癌患者亟需有效的药物。

编者按：2020年ASCO会议已落下帷幕，但追寻更好的治疗策略的脚步却从未停止。我国胃癌年新发病例约50万，占全球新发病例的一半，是名副其实的胃癌大国。随着近年精准治疗的发展，胃癌的HER2检测和围术期抗HER2治疗不断开拓。今年ASCO会议中，PETRARCA研究的FLOT+PH双靶围术期方案显著提高pCR率，虽然该研究止步于此，但给PH双靶围术期治疗HER2阳性胃癌带来了无限遐想。因此，肿瘤瞭望特邀天津医科大学肿瘤医院梁寒教授和北京大学肿瘤医院张小田教授从PETRARCA研究出发，对话HER2阳性胃癌围术期的治疗现状、进展与挑战。

Editor’s note: The annual meeting of American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) was held in the form of online conference for the first time， the theme of ASCO 2020 is “Unite and ConDr Liuer: Accelerating Progress Together”. In this ASCO meeting， Latest researh advances in all fields of cancer have been publised and presented， in the aspect of CAR-T treatment， Oral abstract of 8001(ALEXANDER study) became the focus of ASCO， dual-targeting CAR-T (AUTO3) shows significant efficacy and safety in relapsed and refractory Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (r/r-DLBCL). In order to learn more about ALEXANDER study and other related Dr Liuestions about CAR-T， we invited Dr Zhiming Li who is from Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center as the host of this interview， and first author of ALEXANDER study Dr Osborne made a deep analysis of ALEXANDER study and dual-targeting CAR-T therapy.

At the 2020 ASCO conference， Professor Thomas Powles from Barts Cancer Institute and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry， UK， has reported the JAVELIN Bladder 100 study， which showed that patients with advanced urothelial cancer treated with avilumab as the first-line maintenance therapy followed with chemotherapy could significantly improve OS compared with the control group. In this interview， Professor Yu Wei from the first hospital of Peking University will talk to Professor Powles to share the main results of this study and the immunotherapy strategy for advanced urothelial cancer.

Editor’s note: May 29th， 2020 to 2nd June 2020， the annual meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) was held as a virtual meeting online and many important advances were presented at this ASCO. ASCO annual meeting is the largest international academic meeting in the field of cancer. ENDURANCE study is a phase 3 trial that compared triplet regimen of KRd with VRd for the treatment of newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM). In order to learn more about this study， we invited Professor Hou Jian from Department of Hematology， Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao tong University， and Professor Shaji Kumar from Hematology Department of Mayo Clinic (first author of ENDURANCE study); the two experts made a comprehensive analysis of ENDURANCE study and MM therapy.

编者按：美国临床肿瘤学会（ASCO）年会已经落下帷幕，虽然受新冠疫情影响，ASCO首次以线上会议形式召开，但精彩程度及重磅研究可谓毫不逊色。外周T细胞淋巴瘤（PTCL）一直是治疗上的难点及挑战，本次ASCO上，一项来自我国郑州大学第一附属医院的临床研究（大会摘要号：8018）提出了PTCL一线治疗的新思路，研究显示GDPT方案（吉西他滨/顺铂/强的松/沙利度胺）在治疗缓解率和生存方面均优于经典的CHOP方案（环磷酰胺/多柔比星/长春新碱/泼尼松）。为了深入理解该研究，《肿瘤瞭望》特邀采访了南开大学天津人民医院肿瘤内科王华庆教授，对该研究及PTCL的治疗进行了点评。
